I think he would be a candidate for the award of the Mets bullpen was better. They already have blown 6 wins for him. He is 11-7. If he had those wins he is 16 or 17 and 7 and probably a finalist.

He would have to be lights out for the rest of the year. If he continues as uneventfully as he has thus far, then he doesn't have a chance.

I completely agree with Big Happy.  There is just no way at all he could win it.  Maybe if the Mets organization bribed the voters or something but he has just not been as dominant as the Mets would have hoped for.  (Lincecum for NL Cy Young)

I would say so, his wins are down, true. but whenever he's pitched the offense gets him something like 3 runs a game average.

He has a shot if he posts the lowest ERA by the end of the season and gets 5 more wins. While he does deserve to be a top contender, it's the Mets' fault that he's not right now.
