it does because not only is it a month but its also a word.  i forget what it means but it is.  as long as its not a name or a thing where the letters means words like C.S.I  or F.B.I

No, I'm sorry, but "June" does not work as a word in Scrabble if  you are playing by the official rules.  It is capitalized and there is no version of "June" that is not capitalized.  The word June is not in the 4th edition of the Scrabble dictionary.
