Does KFC really have a chicken mutant farm?

I heard this from a person who used to work there that KFC has a farm in Mexico that grows mutant chickens that come with no head, 16 legs, and have several wings. It cuts the cost of chicken making or something. Anyway, just wanted to confirm.

How could they be fed without heads?

There are chickens with 4 legs, cloning them would cut costs for sure.
