  1. im not sure. to find out, you can go to peta.org , then go to caring consumer. they have a list of companies that do and dont test on animals.

  2. KRAFT??? You don't mean the brand that makes vegemite, mate? oh holy smoke. I'm Australian and I have that on me toast every mornin', mate!! Struth!!

  3. All food additives are tested on animals at some point.  Only way to be sure they won't kill you too quickly.

  4. Kraft is owned by Altria Group, which was formerly known as Phillip Morris (the cigarette company). Some of the most insidious, disgusting animal testing I have ever heard of, in the name of cigarette profit, were performed on animals by this company. A particularly disgusting one occured where rhesis monkeys were forced into pregnancy and then exposed to extremely high levels of cigarette fumes for hours a day and injected or forcefed the cigarettes. This went on until the monkey either miscarried her baby or gave birth. The baby monkey, live birth or not, was killed and then operated on to see the results on the pregnancy. Remember that monkeys grieve miscarriage like we do, and that this was a drawn out, unnecessary, horrifying process.

Since Kraft, South Beach Diet Foods, Oscar-Mayer, etc. are all owned by ALTRIA Group (formerly, as I said, Phillip Morris), any dollar you spend on their products trickles up to the top to fund the cigarette company that is responsible for bringing you insidious animal testing and more human deaths than both world wars combined.

So in other words, buying KRAFT products supports a parent company that does test on animals, and extensively so.

  5. k.r.a.f.t - Kill. Random. Animals. For.Testing
