  1. I think so

  2. Nope.

  3. I don't.

  4. Ketchup should be stored in the refrigerator after opening.  Kept chilled, it should be all right for up to six months.  Ketchup keeps better than most foods, partly because of its acidity, but it isn't sufficiently acid to kill bacteria, mold and other microorganisms that may get into the bottle after opening.  Refrigeration doesn't kill the   'bugs' either, but does slow their growth.   She also recommends keeping the lid and mouth of the bottle clean."

  5. Once open, yes! Before opening, I don't think it does.

  6. Absolutely not. I hate cold ketchup. As long as it's in the container that it's bottled in and hasn't been contaminated with something else (ie a bulk can where you have used a spoon or other utensil with other "stuff" on it) it doesn't need to be refrigerated. I've been storing my ketchup in the pantry for years.

Think of all the restaurants that keep their ketchup on the tables ALL day.

  7. It should be, but some people don't like cold ketchup, so just keep it closed when not in use.

  8. Like most processed foods ketchup contains a preservative that will extend it's shelf life.  The preservatives and the low pH of ketchup help to keep it from spoiling even at room temperature, so if you are talking about using your ketchup within a week it will be OK at room temperature, however anything longer than that and you are likely to get spoilage.

  9. yes

  10. i do but uhmmm if u want bad ketchup then u can keep it somewhere else lol whatever floats yer boat!
