He's got to put on some weight.  Right now he's got the muscle mass of a ten-year old girl.

Yeah I guess he can be as good as T-Mac.  In the last two months of his rookie season, he averaged over 24 points and 6 rebounds.

yea. hes alright because Tracey Mcgradey is going further down . and Kevin is like going up there. but he needs to be out there more, cause in the seatle sonics i dont think any one new who he was. now their oklahoma.

well first of all t-mac was on the bench his rookie year so kevin durant already got a head start gettin 20 his first. I agree wit da other guy...it is kinda overated. Alot of nba players were skinny when they first got here...some still are.Did u c  Kevin Garnnet his rookie year and plus he's still not dat big...and wat bout Prince. All Durant needs is better shot selection and experince and he'll be straight

I think he will be better, and an All-Star in a few years. Too bad I can't watch him play anymore :(

Absolutely. MacGrady is the most overrated player in the league. I'd take Durant over him right now.

I think the gaining weight thing is very very over rated and yes i think he will be a better player than T-Mac one day. He did average over 20 points at age 19 something T-Mac didn't do. He also is faster and attacks the hoop more while T-Mac takes a lot of 3's and his shot selection is bad.

Putting on weight does not make u a better player..Look at Iverson

there's always the possibility of greatness in anyone in any field, it all comes down to how high t-mac sets the post before he leaves, and if kevin can match up to that.  i don't think many people are looking for that comparison, though.
