Does L come back, DEath note??

in a manga it showed the death note eraser so does L ever com back from it??

That's the pilote chapter with teh Death Note eraser.

Kira does not know about it. If he did, he wouldn't use it at all. He has no reason to. His only intentions are to get rid of world class criminals.

If Near knew about the Death Note eraser, he wouldn't be able to. L's body is already buried and won't be able to come back to life.

The Death Note eraser can be used as long as the body is still in one piece.

Unfortunately, no.

The "death eraser" was only shown in the one-shot, a sort-of pilot story that Ohba created to give a general idea of what he wanted to write in the 12-book series.  But, it never actually made it into the series.

The inclusion of the death eraser might have made things more interesting though, and more complicated at the same time.  I mean, look at how many rules govern the usage of just the death note!  But it is made very clear that the eraser is not part of the Death Note universe created in the manga, because there is at least one rule stating exactly that once a name is written, no matter what medium is used, it cannot be erased and that death cannot be undone.
