Does Lamictal cause weight loss?

My mother complains that I loss weight. I also notice it too. I was not eating much before but now I have been. I feel like I am getting skinnier. Could it be a side effect of Lamictal?

Any drug that causes weigh change does so by increasing or decreasing your appetite. You can't lose weight if your appetite is normal and you eat properly Like wise you gain weight by eating too much; the only efective diet is pushing away from the table.
