  1. Some dishes include peanuts, there is a candy made of peanuts called mazapan, unlike marzipan which is made of almonds. There is peanut brittle, and some mole pastes include ground peanuts. Capirotada, which is a traditional dessert usually prepared during Lent does include peanuts, and some chicken recipes are smothered in a sauce made with peanuts as the main ingredient.

  2. some cultures  (i.e. different cultures, Inca are still Mexican, Central America is still Latin, etc...) but not a lot, cause peanuts don't grow well in Mexico and S.A. besides, i am allergic to peanuts and i eat latin food all the time.

  3. as mentioned -red,mole to be precise ,and also a powdered mix for a type of shake known as pinole are the most common . theres also a variety of candies which are obvious when purchased.

  4. No not really

  5. The only thing to look out for is mole sauce, which is often made with peanuts.
