Does Legoland USA sell LEGO Pirates?

Probably not of the type you're looking for.

Lego discontinued the Pirate line in 1998-- you can still find the sets online at bricklink.com or eBay.com, but not through Lego directly.

In 2006, Lego released a DUPLO Pirate theme, which they may still have in stores (but that's probably not what you want).

Otherwise, there have been a few tidbits here and there, like keychains and other silly things that have featured Lego pirates, but not too many.
