No one is that lazy. Some people just don't like bras. I don't like wearing them...but I do.

It's not that she's lazy, maybe she thinks is uncomfortable and doesn't like to put one on.

I do that sometimes when it's too hot outside.

But maybe she does want to grab attention. To be honest I don't think so because she could grab attention doing something else/better.
