In the Golden age Lois found out after She Married an Amnesiatic Clark who was under a spell and forgot he was Superman

In the Movies Lois Figures it out but Superman erases her Memory of it (Reeves Series)

However soon after the 1986 Man of Steel/Post Crisis reboot in which Lex became a Billionaire, and Pa Kent was returned to life she and Clark officially started dating (as opposed to the old, She loves Superman and she tolerates Clark), I forget exactly where in the relationship he revealed his true Identity, and I believe that she stayed in the know until the 2005 Ret-con of BirthRight.

In the Films she found out in S-man 2 in 1980, but the info was deleted w/ the mind whammy kiss.

On Lois and Clark, she found out at the end of season 2 and we found out she knew at the start of season 3.

on the WB animated series, she didn't know, I think JLU hinted she might, but never said so.

In Smallville she still in the dark.

Superman Returns followed the logic of S-man 2

in the The WB Universe animated movie JL: New Frontier its not at issue

and in Superman Doomsday its heavily implied that she's figured it out on her own, but that he won't 'come out', and it is a source of conflict in their relationship
