Does London still have the double decker sightseeing buses and how much does it cost now August 2008?

Going to London soon and I need this info to plan my budget.

There are tours you can pay for but as an alternative some of the routes on public transport go past a number of major sites in London, you wouldn't get the commentary of an official tour but it could work out cheaper.
