does low iron in the blood prohibit a dancer's flexibility or a dancer's ability to increase flexibility/

  1. It doesn't inhibit flexibility, but it's bad to have low iron because you get tired and weak very easily.  You should always have a decent iron level if you're a dancer.  But it doesn't noticeably affect flexibility.

  2. ahahaha no!! i have had really low iron, and i have the most flexibility in my whole dance studio.
