Does MAT score include GK score?

Question

does the MAT percentile include the score from the GK section . if not is it OK to leave this section and concentrate on the other sections to maximize the score.

also what may be the strategy to attempt the questions so as to get a good percentile

i am giving the MAT exam for the first time.

and no experience of the Management level Exams till now.

MAT percentile does not include GK section.It is good to leave that section so that you can save sometime for another section.I will advise you to concentrare on math and DI sections.they will fetch you good percentile.Dont try to attempt doubtful questions because they may earn negative marks for you.Around 70 correct questions will secure around 98-99 percentile or more. best of luck.

well u should attempt the GK section as i agree scores don't count but they do have weightage during next stage i.e G.D & P.I, be confident and attempt maximum questions as u can u will get good percentile
