Does MEng and MSc hold the same credit?

are they both Post-graduate degrees of the same value?? please clarify

ME is definitely a more respected and recognized degree and indicates that you are technologically more sound as per industry expectations.

However, doing an MS from a well-recognized university in the US or UK, would put you on the same, if not higher platform as an ME would.

Pursue an MSc in India only if you have research or teaching aspirations. and pursue an ME if you want a job in your industry in a non-teaching position.
