  1. Microsoft Network?

  2. What really helps me is Alfalfa Complex.  The alfalfa plant brings forth minerals in their most natural form and its been recognized for centuries for its healing properties.  Alfalfa offers a wide range of nutrients:  calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, chlorophyll, bioflavonoids, trace minerals, and vitamins.  Feel free to contact me for the brand I use.

  3. No, it would make it worse. OUCH!

  4. I prefer msn to yahoo any day. I hate yahoo. MSN messenger is much better

  5. MicroLactin supplementation is superior to glucosamine, but you can give both, they should work synergistically.

You mean MSM not MSN, MSM is good, especially when taken with chondroitin. MSM should be taken after meals. If your on Statin drugs, you should also take Coenzyme Q10, since Statin drugs inhibit the enzyme that produces this vital micronutrient, needed for cardiovascular health, energy/metabolism and to r****d ageing. Supplements are ingredients found in food, at higher concentrations, they should not interfere with statin drugs, if you are concerned, call your doctor up to confirm this.

Also consider supplementing with an antioxidant formula, with Vitamin C, E, zinc ect. to repair free-radical damage in th body, which is why you have high cholesterol, or LDL 'bad cholesterol' which is a universal antioxidant, it is there to repair the scratched walls of the arteries/heart causes by vegetable oils. Look into the Lipoprotein A Theory or more information.

Also consider buying a PERL, www.resonantlight.com, they have a newsletter on that website detailing the therapeutic effects of Rife Technology on Animals, like horses, as the FDA have put so much pressure on this company they cannot even use testomonies from humans, and cannot even explain what the machin does, it only says 'may control pathogens'. Rife High Tone Frequency machines work great for arthritis, check out rifeforum.com, www.rife.de, Yahoo Rife Group{theres a video on there showing how Rife technology has been copied, for artritis, its called 'High Tone Therapy'.

    http://www.rife.de/high-tone_therapy.htm...

Although its maker, claims it works for more than just arthitis, but his keeping that information under wraps.

Also Omega 3 3000mg+, this inhibits the COX-2 Inflammatory response which is rife in arthitis. Strictly, Nordic Naturals brand or Carlson's brand, they are pharmaceutical grade, and need to be refrigerated, otherwise they are at risk of becoming rancid and oxidising, which renders the omega 3 useless, and can be bad for health.

    Hope this helps.
