My friend is apply for a job in New York but has smoked weed for the last 4 years and i keep telling him he has to quit but he never listens.

i was just hired by aforementioned company for stockroom work and i was interviewed and given an offer of employment and began training without being given any urine test. However, when filling out all the pre-employment paperwork you are required to sign a form which states you may be tested at any time within the first 180 days of employment (probationary period) or anytime thereafter if reasonable suspicion exists. True story.
