  1. Very rarely... Mostly it is just cold and some rain. The cold weather usually starts at the end of october and lasts until february or march...

Evidently this is just on general terms... With the climate change that is existing, anything could happen!

There is snow in the surrounding areas, such as  Navacerrada, which is a ski resort northwest of Madrid. Of course these are mountainous zones...

  2. Very rarely i wouldnt like that .. i love the snow

  3. It can snow anywhere in extreme conditions. It snowed here on the Costa del Sol in January 2006. The year before they had temperatures in the Málaga area of -10c. That is very rare but it can happen. It ruined that year's avocado crop. Last winter it was beautiful here. Having said that, we needed rain desperately and never got any.

  4. Yup.  I was in Madrid in April and we saw some snow.  Not much, but some.

  5. From what people told me when I was living there, it's snowed in Madrid once in the past 10 years.

Last winter there was no snow in Madrid.  If it was going to snow I imagine it would be in January or February as these are cold rainy months.
