  1. It tastes more like swordfish, shark or halibut steaks.  Those are meatier, firmer fish.  Monkfish tastes a little like lobster though

  2. Salutations,

Monkfish, I believe, is what you are thinking about. some places call it poor-man's lobster, but it can be expensive too. Mahi-mahi is a firm textured, Mild though full flavor, and is generally imported previously frozen from Ecudor(Bad spelling, Sorry). Cheers

  3. I am always amazed when this type of question arises

What I Believe It tastes like Is Not of Importance.

I say most fish cuts of meat are better than chicken

It will be described by as many people as there names for the same fish

    STORY

Fisherman returning to port would save the small sharks and rays that people passed off as junk or forbidden by Jews and muslims and give them to the monastery's requesting the Monks pray for their safe return and bounty..

  4. I do not think it tastes like lobster.  It tastes more like sword fish.  It is a firm, mild white fish that goes great with lemon-butter sauces.  I love it.  You should try it!

(It does not taste like beef.)
