Does Maine allow out of state permit holders??

Please help.... I live in Massachusetts and have a driving permit in that state....can I drive in maine??

  1. Permits only allow you to drive in the state that issues it to you.  I also live in MA and my daughter had her permit last year and when you get it it states on it (somewhere or on the paperwork) for in state driving only.
