Does Mazda Millenia 2.5L engines have self adjusting valves?

I've read articles regarding valve adjustment and some vehicles have self adjusting valves. There isn't much info on the web regarding the specifics of Mazda Millenia valve adjustment. Is it needed? If so how may it be done? Vehicle has same engine (the KL) as Ford Probe 2.5L and Mazda 626 years 96-2000(? around that).

the 96 camry i had came with self adjusting valves and the only way i found out was through the toyota dealer
