...Pat Robertson that Katrina was an act of God to punish sinners, think Gustav is also an act of God to punish him and the Republican Convention?

I personally dont believe in mixing politics and religion. I dont think God will ever punish anyone for thier political beliefs and to think so I think is hypocritical, it's almost as if asking God to 'Dam or Bless' someone. Who are WE to speak on Gods behalf?

I do not like McCain either, I believe that he is a fake. He trys to act so wholesome. Im not saying Obama is a saint, but he is the lesser of the two evils.

Everybody is a sinner including your hero Obama. Yes indeed McCain did sin when he divorced his wife and according to the bible, he also committed adultery when he married his present wife. But to say Katrina was an act of God to punish sinners and Gustav is the same does not take into account all the innocent people that were left dead or homeless from a hurricane. God does not seek revenge and will judge all of us in the end including McCain.
