Does McCain's Reading Problem Extend to his Comprehension?

If yes, isn't this a major problem for someone in a leadership position? In the executive position there are lots of 'reading/comprehension' opportunities.

YEP! He is probably one of the 3/4 of the Senate who did not read the Patriot Act before voting on it...23 read "most of it" ...Course if he doesn't read stuff anyway what difference does it make?

I cannot believe how many people think it is OK for a President of the US of A to take other unelected people's word for what a bill says or doesn't say!

He listens to his Lobbyists anyway...that's all I need to know when judging him...is who is sitting next to him and what do they want. He is consistent with that anyway.
