Does McCain think he's the first to use "change" as his mantra?

Since when has McCain claimed ownership to the idea of running on a mantra of change?  It's pretty standard fair.

Can you not come up with any better criticism?

The difference is that McCain has an actual plan to create change whereas Obama has only empty promises.

Yeah that bugged me too when I heard him talk about change in his speech.  I just shook my head said, "Wow, how original."
