I want to know if you think McCain's choice of Sarah Palin is legit, or a sensationalist move designed to obscure his lack of message and similarities to Pres. Bush...

  1. Not all of us, just Hillary's supporters.

  2. It was a calculated step.  He is undermining the intelligence of American women.  A woman is not going to vote for someone just because they have a female VP.  I can't understand why any female would vote for a republican period.

  3. obama does ....

  4. Apparently he does.

He flat out says the republicans are going to pretend to not be republicans during their convention due to the hurricane:

"I pledge that tomorrow night, and if necessary throughout our convention, we will act as Americans, not as Republicans," McCain told reporters.

  5. My first reaction when hearing McCain's choice was that he picked her for all the wrong reasons and that this would totally backfire. After researching her, though, I think he picked exactly the right person for the job. She shares his ideals and goals and brings an important new voice to Washington. I think she has completely recharged the Republican ticket already & I can't wait to see her in the debate. His choice was legit & intelligent.

  6. I think his choice was so dumb.

Not only does it prove he is a idiot for going against his own campaign stating "Obama has no experience"

He chooses Palin, when he is well over capable of dying in office who is even more unexperienced.

It's a stupid cover up to make it look like he has a strong woman by his side to try to get all the Hilary Clinton voters to swing to his aid. But in the end it makes him look like an idiot

  7. yes all-you republicans

  8. the reason that mccain chose Sarah palin is 1 to shore up the base and 2 to steal some of the Hillery voters

  9. McCain doesn't just *think* Americans are stupid, he *knows* it! And this has always been a strength of the republican party that democrats have never understood.

  10. Yes, he does and he may not be wrong.

  11. McCain picked Palin because she more qualified to be Vice President than Obama is to be president. I am not sure the "we" you are talking about unless that is Obama supporters- to which the answer is "No"

he does not think you are stupid- he knows you are!

  12. McCain does not think we are stupid, the people who made him pick her thinks everyone is stupid.

McCain is a puppet, he wanted Sen. Joe L, but the GOP threaten to fight that on the convention floor.  McCain prides himself in close relationships, he does not know her.

They think Clinton supporters are stupid-in their minds Clinton supporters will vote for woman, any woman. If Clinton would have won, he would have put a black man in the vp slot.

They think conservatives are stupid- they think because she is married, super anti-abortion, and against g*y rights, conservatives will give her a pass on not being experienced in foreign policy and for putting her career ahead of her five children.  Conservatives are strong on family values and Palin was back at work 3 days after having her child with special needs. Campaigning with a four month old is hard, something or someone will be neglected. Conservatives believe in true parenting, taking the time to raise children.

They think Independents are stupid-they think that Independents will fall in love with a pretty young woman, that could be their wife or sister.  They want us to forget that McCain met this woman once when she was 8 months pregnant for a moment six months ago, then again the day before he told Americans his pick.  When we question her experience they change the subject to Obama. The Democrats went through every primary and numerous debates and picked Obama.  McCain is 72 years old, an ex smoker, who has had skin cancer 4 times.  His vp pick was extremely important, he could have chosen more qualified woman or a person who is strong in economics. But he did not.

The campaign is no longer about experience, its about judgment!

  13. Who cares.  I'm down for whatever will keep Obama out of office.

  14. Not all of us, just the libs.
