Does Meucci straighten shafts for free?

Question

When I bought my Meucci a few years ago, I was told that if a red dot shaft warped, Meucci would straighten it for free.

Is this true?

If so, where would I get it straightened?

I feel this question would be better answered by Meucci my friend.  Give them a call.

I highly doubt that Meucci will straighten a shaft. It's a pretty tough thing to do and it will probably just warp again in no time at all. If your cue is still in like new condition  they may replace the shaft with a new one though. Here's a link to their warranty page , check it out.

They " May" replace it but straighten I doubt it Just call and ask

I have never heard of such a thing, but if it's true all you need to do is contact an authorized Meucci dealer. Don't be surprised if you have to ship it back to Meucci and pay return shipping though.

I hope you kept your receipt...

If not I would recommend a different brand shaft. I owned meucci with a red dot shaft for a week, I sold it, worst stick i've ever owned.
