heehee alot of people say  mexican food doesnt sit well for them that maybe its just the meat that doesnt agree with you personally i thinks its way too hot compared to other spanish cutures foods

anytime i eat out at a restaurant the uses a  sanitizing soluttion on their dishes and utensils, everything goes thru me in a matter of fifteen mintues after i have eaten.  perhaps this is a problem for you too. it doesnt effect everyone, but i know of several people it bothers, and i am one of them

I am Mexican and is not where the food is from is just that is different ....for example if a Mexican eats American food it will probably go right through him .....

Is probably because the person is not use to eating that food that the body does not react well to it ....

Nope, Cus i have been eating my whole life.

I and many others believe that is cus you are not accustom to spices and ingredients.

Anyway mexican food here in the USA has been americanized to fit the american palette.

When has gua ever been blended with sour cream?

Americans usually just order rolled tacos or carne asada burritos.

if by mexican food you mean taco bell or chi chi's... no. but i've actually been to mexico for a week and... yeah. dont mean to be gross, but i had the runs every...single...day!

even if i ate other ethnic food like american, or itallian... still made me sick. it was tastey, but yeah... right thru me.

mexican food can be high in fat.  If you drink alot of soda/pop with it , it seems to pass right through I think!

Chinese food kills me! After my meal I get about 10 minutes to rest then I've got the trotts! Super sucks! As for Mexican, not as much but sometimes. And Italian never gets me!

fast food mexican food (high in fat low in anything good) definitely. yuck!

home cooked with TONS of fresh veggies and low in fat, not at all, yum!
