I have to shade in Mezzo America for a project, and i know that that is Central America, but do I also include South America in that? The reason I ask is because I was not asked to shade South America in.

  1. South America is not Central America. Mezzo is an Italian word. You might mean "MesoAmerica" instead.

If Central America is not South America, and you were told to shade in Central America, WHY WOULD YOU SHADE IN SOUTH AMERICA?

(This rationale is called "critical thinking.")

EDIT: If your paper says "Mezzo America" then your teacher is an idiot. Yes, it happens. Education majors in college are the easiest.

And no, dipstick, yours is not critical thinking. Also, the fact that you asked this in the Travel category just shows your lack of other skills as well.

Also, catching an STD from yourself... hahahahahahahaha

    Wow, what a maroon.

  2. Mesoamerica (Greek for middle America) was originally considered to be a cultural area that included southern Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador, western Honduras, the Pacific lowlands of Nicaragua, and northwest Costa Rica.  Today, most thinking includes all of Central America and nine southeastern states of Mexico.  It does not include South America.

  3. Mezzo America (most known as MesoAmerica) includes the southern part of Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama. It's where pre-Columbian civilizations were located
