Does Michael Phelps look like he's wearing a halter top in this photo?

I looked at this picture quickly http://i.cdn.turner.com/sivault/si_online/covers/images/2008/0825_thumb.jpg and the way he's standing with his hands on his hip made it look like his medals were a halter top. Or is it just way past my bedtime ? :)

I love, Love, LOVE Michael Phelps but find that photo very unflattering. For one, there's too much red and he looks like a Vegas Showgirl lol. I know they were trying to mimic the Mark Spitz cover but they could have done better. Oh and to answer your question, yes!!!

I thought the same thing. I was like ' What the heck is that weird thing that he's wearing'. Then the news caster said '...showing off his 8 medals.' Then I realized what it was. It looks really funny though.
