he's dead... but he probably would be against it.  he's stated that 'a society that puts equality before freedom will get neither.'

he strongly believed in competition between peoples (i.e., hierarchy) and understood the advantage to an economy.  everyone being equal would eliminate that competition.

I doubt Milton Friedman has much opinion at all about Pre-implantation genetic diagnosis since he is is (a) an economist; and (b) deceased.
