Does Most Of The White Population In Australia Consider Most Aboriginals To Have Ugly Facial Features ?

A White Australian friend of mine told me that most Australians of European descent think most Aboriginals are very physically unattractive to the eye.

There are a few not-so-attractive people in EVERY race, culture, background etc. Not just the Aboriginals.

Whatever your friend told you was just their opinion and not a belief of every white Australian.

I know a lot of white Australians think that Aborigines are attractive and I'm sure there are people who don't. But I wouldn't say that most white Aussies find them ugly.

The thing is - beauty is in the eye of the beholder.  It has been proven (across the world) that GENERALLY speaking, people are more attracted to people of their own race.  This is not to be racist, it is just human nature.  Having said that, many people have married interracially and there is nothing wrong with that.  For me personally, I generally do not find the aboriginal race to be AS attractive as a caucasian/european - HOWEVER, it does not mean that they are unattractive in any way.  As the others have said, it is more a personal thing - some are ugly and some are gorgeous, it is the same in every race.

That's a very sad generalisation. I'm what you call part of the white population in Australia and I don't find Aboriginals any more or less attractive to the eye than any other race.

Well my children are beautiful so are my grandchildren and their father was pretty cute to I wouldn't have married him otherwise and he is Aboriginal.
