Does My Hair Look Nice? Pictures Included!?

Question

OK, I recently got my hair done for the first time in like 8 months. Can you guys tell me if my hair looks nice now? Oh, and it looks like I dyed my hair, but I really just went in the sun a lot this summer so it got blonder.
