Does MySpace charge for a heavily branded profile page?

I work for an agency looking to launch a branded MySpace

page for a client. We're looking to create a heavily branded

MySpace page similar to http://www.myspace.com/cherrycoke

and http://www.myspace.com/nikesoccer. In order to create a

page like those, are there any service/premium page charges from MySpace? For instance, is there a premium page, with more options than a regular free profile page, that requires a fee to access. Any help would be awesome. Thanks!
