Does Naruto use the 5 tailed form?

I know that Naruto have stages in kyuubi form.

1 tailed form when he battles Sasuke

2 tailed form when he met Madara

3 tailed form when he meets Orochimaru

4 tailed form when he battles Orochimaru

So does Naruto uses 5 tailed Kyuubi form in the Manga or something?

he hasnt used the 5th tail in the manga as yet and i dont think he intends to cause he doesn't wanna hurt his friends

Uhmmm so far maybe not because ... if he does use that it might end up his skeletal systen appearing and ... if his nine tail uhmmm ... SO MUCH HORROR! DOOM! CHAOS! TERROR! among the countries! hey it might include your place or mine so we don't want that to happen

as far as we know, no. he might have used it during the time-jump

so far naruto has never turned into the 5 tailed version of kyuubi. he might if someone gets him really super mad.
