  1. no acne product will clear up your skin it either works somewhat or it makes your acne ten times worse. it depends on your skin type. but for blackheads i think using a mask and steaming your face will open your pores. then exfoliate a few times a week to remove dead skin cells so they dont keep getting clogged. make sure you drink lots of water after you do tho so your skin can make more healthy skin cells

  2. Don't know but check this

    1) Cook oatmeal and apply on face for fifteen minutes and wash.

    2) Make a warm bath with blanch of nettle and rosemary.

    3) Apply equal amount of lemon juice and rose water with a cotton ball and wash it after haif an hour for 15 to 20 days.

  3. NO!!!

try St.Ives Blackhead and blemish control it's like 3 bucks and it really works..

  4. Ive tried it. Not that good. dries out your face

  5. My oldest son had a real problem with acne. We started him at a dermatologist when he was 13 and he kept going until he was 19. The dermatologist told us the best over-the-counter cleanser is Neutrogena Oil-free Acne Face Wash. That's what I've had all my kids use from the time they started showing signs of any facial oil. I've used Neutrogena facial washes myself and I always find them effective and of good quality for many skin types, so I'm sure what you purchased will work.

Here are some other things the dermatologist recommended for my son:

    1) Face mask that is good for absorbing oil. Most over-the-counter masks recommend using 2-3 times a week. My son had a prescription one that he used every morning and night. It contained sulfur and did an outstanding job of controlling the oil. It was called Plexion. There is a generic that isn't that expensive if you can get a prescription for it.

    2) Try a cleanser with scrubbing particles in it, perhaps by Neutrogena. That will help clear pores from debris that can cause blackheads.

    3) Neutrogena makes a good astringent or toner that are good to use after washing your face to clear off any oil, dirt or cleaner you didn't get from rinsing with water.

I know it's difficult to go through dealing with skin issues, but make sure you get the products that work best for you and maintain a daily regimen to get the best results.

  6. It helps a lot. Maybe won't get rid of it all, but definitely a lot will disappear

  7. Sometimes

  8. No! i tried it and it didn't work at all (though i've heard of people who it worked for)

    clearasil works really well tho!

  9. yes it does! i used to use that but now i use neutrogena acne stress control its even better!

  10. I have used everything under the planet and I find that natural cleansers work well. I would recommend finding something that is natural (not full of nasty chemicals) that has TEA TREE oil in it! It works wonders! When I wash my face I always run cold water on it after, I don't know if it works for anyone else but I feel like it closes my pores. Also, use a towel specifically only for your face to dry it and make sure you change it twice a week. Lastly, wash your pillowcases twice a week too! If you're not drinking a lot of water, this would be a good time to start. Your skin will clean up well.

  11. idk. i just bought the body clear in pink grapefruit and i hope it works

  12. Yes and no...

  13. I have used it for awhile and YES it totally does work. It's pretty amazing really. I love it and couldnt live without it!

  14. Hi, it should work for people with mild acne and should work for your blackheads too. The main component of Neutrogena oil free acne wash is salicylic acid and it does work for blackheads.

If your skin is oily, try to wash using warm water instead of tap water. And follow a regimen: cleanse - tone -moisturize and not just cleansing.

If it doesn't work for you tho, you can try applying retinoic acid on your skin at night. This will keep your face oil free and bleackheads free too. Or try any night cream with retinoic acid.
