Does New Jersey smell?

My teacher told me New Jersey smells....is that true?

  1. Go there and smell it for yourself.

    I've been to NJ liek 57894075 times...

    but I can't smell so i have no idea.

    I literally have no sense of smell(:


  2. Every state has stinky parts, LOL!  If you are near sewage treatment plants, refineries, some factories, fishing industry, etc.  

    No, New Jersey is called the Garden State.  Once you get out of the more urban areas where the factories are, you'll find an amazinly green and lush state.  

    Your teacher doesn't know what he/she is talking about and letting their own prejudice get in the way.

  3. Some parts do but most of it is actually quite attractive and odor free. It's a much maligned state.

  4. You'll need a gas mask for sure.
