Does Niagara have a law preventing Idling?

Yes, All of NY state has a no idling law.

Now what they are talking about is when us truckers idle our trucks. Of course, they fail to tell us how we are supposed to stay warm without idling. Also, I get hassled every time I go into NY. I have to idle due to sleep apnea. So they wake me every night until I show them my report.
