Does Old Navy have cams in their dressing rooms? And What's their shoplifting policy?

my friend did something stupid and i think they followed us with a car after we stepped out of the store and wrote down the lisence plate number. but how can she be sure if she got caught?

if u worked in Old Navy and know their rules...please help

Actually, you just being there and not doing anything to stop her from stealing makes you guilty of being an accomplice.  You could have been arrested.

A real friend wouldn't put you at risk of being arrested like that.

Tell her to send the items back to Old Navy.

No, it is illegal to have a camera in a dressing room, or any room where you have to take off your clothes. And Old Navy is a well known company which would adhere to these type of rules. Don't worry, just don't shoplift and you won't have any trouble.

They can't legally have cameras IN the dressing rooms, but they probably do have cameras that can record everything that enters and leaves the dressing rooms.  If she took 3 items in and only brought 2 out, the 3rd was either left in the dressing room or concealed on her person.  She will know for sure if she was caught when the Police ask to talk to her.

Oh yeah they got ya, you will receive a letter from their legal department within 30 days as to when to appear in court. You will both be on camera as you walked out to the car so you will both have to appear in court. You will be considered an accessory to the crime. Old Navy prosecutes to the fullest extent of the law. Good luck. Might want to warn your parents about this, they may want an attorney.

im loss prevention at old navy and ure going down...if they got you plate numbers...AND YES THEY DO HAVE CAMS IN THE FITTING ROOMS TO SEE PEOPLE LIKE YOU STEALING!!!!
