Does Orlando have a home recycling program in place?

I just moved from Portland to Orlando and purchased my first home. I was wondering if the city of Orlando has a blue or red box recycling program in place? The apartment that we can living in currently doesn't offer any recycling options for it's residents and the more I hear, not many do.

I used to live in Orlando but lived in a house.  We had curbside recycling.  I would suggest contacting Waste Management to find out if they have drop off recycling centers since your apartment complex doesn't offer it.  www.wm.com

I think that you need to clarify your question a bit.  I, for one, do not understand the blue box/ red box concept.  Would you please explain what you are talking about?  Thanx
