Does PayPal protect me if I pay a legitimate seller on Craig's Lit for an item and I don't receive it?

I know they're legit, I'm just saying in case they didn't send it, it got lost, etc.

  1. No paypal is not liable for the product you are purchasing.


  2. I'm trying to reconcile "I know they're legit" with "I'm just saying in case they didn't send it".  It sounds like you're trying to throw your money away.  If that's all you want to do, may I humbly suggest sending it to Jerry's Kids or another reputable charity?
