Does Peroxide help Whiten Teeth?

Someone told me that it works, they said to brush with toothpaste the brush w. peroxide and rinse mouth, is it true it works?

    There are two kinds used: carbamide peroxide and hydrogen peroxide. The higher the concentration, the more effective it is to whiten teeth, but the more tooth sensitivity it can cause.

  4. Yes, it is true that is what is used in the whiteners at the Dental offices, but it does make your teeth more porous which will make it easier for your teeth to stain, it will also make your teeth sensitive.
