Does Photoshop cs come with a mac tiger?

I got a mac, but its is used it came with PS CS uhhh, I want to restore it, but is photoshop a program that it comes with?

No version of Photoshop comes with a Mac, no matter what version of the operating system you have. It is possible that when you bought the Mac, you had Photoshop preinstalled, but it would have been a separate purchase from just the Mac (in other words, it was added on and if the Mac came with it, the cost would have been added). Photoshop is from Adobe, not Apple.

The Mac would come with iLife, which includes iPhoto. iPhoto is more of an image organizer than editor, although you can do some basic editing with it.
