Does Pisces man tend to withdraw when they realize they are falling for someone--until they know they're sure?

Been talking to Pisces man in a bit of a crisis (online) for several months. Mature Pisces. I was open and supportive and after months things started to change...like he wanted less support from me and more like picture and phone #. He is good at keeping things going...I don't pursue...just participate. I am naturally affectionate and we get on very well. He is at the end of a divorce...spouse has abused the h**l out of him. We have shared a lot. Recently he has said he is starting to think about a new relationship and that he has been thinking about me...why would he say that? He is leaning on me less for support and talking more to others...yet THAT is what had brought us together...the support over his divorce...just wondering if he is falling for me????

I think you guys have a very meaningful/loving connection, but he is not very ready for a relationship, yet (the way he dances delicately around the subject & maybe you are too).  People have up and down periods in life, so give him some time to grow, but do not pressure him into something he or you is not ready for....i think he might be a little fearful of stuff.....but let him know you will be by his side  so as long as he does not pull ridiculous random acts of stupidity, b/c he thinks that will keep you there (but you are there....and if that sort of 'intimacy' scares him, then he and you need to reevaluate what you guys really want/can achieve).
