  1. not really..

  2. Well I am not sure if they have low fat pizzas, but you can order thin crust pizza and cut almost half the calories. You can also request to have less cheese on the pizza to cut back on fat.

  3. no, but there are ways to cut down the fat. order thin crust, lots of veggies, no meat except chicken, light on the cheese, and extra sauce. i heard that papa john's just added whole wheat crust.

  4. The healthiest pizza I can imagine they'd have is the veggie pizza. You're better off making a home-made pizza. At least you'll be able to choose the ingredients that go one there.

  5. Wow.  Low-fat pizza.  That's like low-carb french bread, or ice cream for diabetics.  Please.

  6. PIzza Hut does not, but the healthiest choice is the Thin crust.  They have certain prep requirements at night. The pan crust uses like 3 - 5 full squirts of oil in the pizza pan, depending on the size. The hand tossed crust pizza pan gets covered in release spray/oil inch by inch. Lastly, the thin crust doesn't need it at all, they use it from the box, straight out of the freezer.

It's disgusting I know, that's why our store didn't listen and only used half the amount of oil when we prepped pizzas at night. Our store slogan "We aim to save people from heart attacks".

So even if you got light cheese with veggies, it doesn't really negate the amount of oil you are already eating. Best bet, stick with thin crust.  It's pizza on a cracker but it's the healthiest.

As for Domino's I never worked there so I wouldn't be of much help, what I do know is that they got stingy with their cheesy bread and now its just bread sprinkled with like a pinch of cheese.

  7. no hun try subway they do have pizza but i dont kno if its low fatin

  8. I don't think either one makes a "low-fat" pizza.

If you're really in the mood for pizza and you are trying to watch what you eat, I suggest going for a thin crust veggie pizza. Do not order extra cheese. Cheese is fattening. Also... remember to not over-eat. Eat slowly, and only eat until you are full. The BEST suggestion I can give you is to eat a small salad with low-fat dressing and no extra cheese or meat on it before you eat your pizza. This will help to fill you up, and you'll eat less pizza!

The thinner the crust, the less carbs you're taking in. Also, if you stay away from the greasy meat, that's less fat you're eating.

Pizza hut does have a nutritional calculator, if you'd like to see how many calories are in the servings of your favorite foods. http://www.yum.com/nutrition/menu.asp?br...

Dominos also has a nutritional guide, and it can be found here.. http://www.dominos.com/home/menu/nutriti...

=) Good luck with your diet!

  9. yup pizza hut has low fat pizza. well atleast they do at the italian bistro type pizza huts. it is like a thin crust pizza. i have my low fat pizza with light sauce and cheese yummy xD

  10. At Pizza Hut you can get a thin crust pizza with veggies and less cheese.  It will be better than a Pan pizza with Pepperoni.  Ask them for their nutrition guide.

  11. No.

Why? No one would buy them.

If you're on a diet (like I am), you already know that pizza is off the menu.

Have you ever tried fat free cheese? It doesn't melt well and tastes awful.

  12. I am on a diet right now. I have lost almost 10 pounds in 4 weeks. I would have to say the pizza that I order is from Pappa Johns. They have the whole wheat crust and breadsticks now which are really good. As far as the topping, my husband and I will get a large 3 topping pizza for $13.00. We get the chicken, olives and mushrooms (1 meat and 2 veggies).
