Do you really want to put that junk near your eyes?  Why not ask the cosmetic specialist at a good drugstore for something safer?

I don't know about eye puffiness or wrinkles, but it CAN sometimes shrink a large pimple, as it has the same effect as shrinking a hemmoroid.  I don't advise using a medication with a vasoconstrictor in the delicate eye area.
