You should really do a bit of homework before posting a question.... It's not being named after Prince Charles.  Its being named after The Prince Of Wales - which is a rank, or position if you like, rather than an individual.  It is a historic naval name which has been used several times before.  Likewise, HMS Queen Elizabeth is a historic naval name - note that it is not being named HMS Queen Elizabeth the Second....

As for Princess Diana.... Don't be ridiculous.  Shall we have a HMS Fergie too? Get over it - she's been dead 11 years now and was a pain in the **** when she was alive...

Britain does not build super carriers like the USA.   They build smaller carriers that are sometimes referred to as "jeep" carriers or jump jet carriers.  They also are not nuclear powered as they will not ranging as far to sea as the American carriers.  

But regardless,  it is their ships and they can name them what they want.
