Does PrizeRebel still send Nexon Cash Card codes through email?

The 10 dollar one says something about pay by cash method, but the 25 dollar one just says "click here to claim this prize" Help please! :/

I just recieved a $10 code from prizerebel today via email, so i assume the answer to your question would be yes... however, it took the prizerebel people 4 days to send it :P  Oh well.
