  1. Those who are against corporate social responsibility (CSR) argue that by doing CSR, it limits the companies primary objective of maximizing profits because it has to deal with social activities which cost money.

For those who are for it, it may increase the exposure of the company and potentially generate higher profits and be more proactive in society.

  2. yes it does. why not! with the concern of CSR, profit maximization is possible. its happening in modern economy.u just have to choose ur such a kind of profit maximizable way which can meet both the CSR issues & also can asuure positive result of ur break-even analysis and so on..

  3. Who cares?

Profits allow a company to remain in the business of providing products and services at a competitive price.

CSR is program for socialists and other parasites.

The attempt, in a few words, is for capitalism to create wealth, and for CSR to distribute that wealth to those who have not earned it.

Any fascist can say, "The workers earned it."

Those who bite into that bait deserve to be hooked.

In short, I hope it does not.  It should not.

Investors (those who put their own money at risk) deserve to be rewarded.  It a little twit doesn't like it, let the twit part with her own money.

No investor should part with his money in a manner inconsistent with his personal desires.   (Of course, fascists have a different opinion.  They want the redistribution of wealth - - -  the wealth of others.)
