Does Project Playlist Automatically Upade?

I have a picture for my player & I can't seem to find that picture anymore.

I want to put new music on my playlist, but I wonder if I will lose my picture, so the question is, when you add a song to a playlist, does it automatically add it to the player on your myspace?
